PERMITS/REVIEW REQUESTED: Tier II Temporary Use
PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The applicant is requesting a Tier II Temporary Use Permit, pursuant to Renton
Municipal Code, Section 4-9-240, to allow a mobile food truck at 539 Burnett Avenue North (APN7224500310). The
proposed location for the food truck is in the gravel parking lot east of Jeff's Auto Repair, on the eastern side of the lot,
adjacent to the northern facade of the existing structure. The food truck will occupy a 15' x 10' portion of the parking
lot. The applicant proposes to serve tacos, and the food truck will be at the proposed location for lunch service only. The
site is within the High Seismic Hazard Critical Area and the Downtown Wellhead Protection Area. No ground disturbance
is proposed as part of the temporary use permit.

proposal, or wish to be made a party of record and receive additional notification by mail, contact the Project Manager.
Anyone who submits written comments will automatically become a party of record and will be notified of any decision
on this project.
