OF APPLICATION A Master Application has been filed and accepted with the Department of Community & Economic Development (CED) – Planning Division of the City of Renton. The following briefly describes the application and the necessary Public Approvals. DATE OF NOTICE OF APPLICATION: September 24, 2018 PROJECT NAME/NUMBER: Taqueria Jaliscos Food Truck Temporary Use Permit / LUA18-000628 PROJECT LOCATION: 539 Burnett Ave N APPLICANT/PROJECT CONTACT PERSON: Oscar Muta, Taqueria Jaliscos / roberto.serrano544@gmail.com / 10627 Myers Way, Seattle, WA 98168 LOCATION WHERE APPLICATION MAY BE REVIEWED: Applicant documents are available online through the City of Renton Document Center website. See also https://bit.ly/2O3fPXC PERMITS/REVIEW REQUESTED: Tier II Temporary Use PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The applicant is requesting a Tier II Temporary Use Permit, pursuant to Renton Municipal Code, Section 4-9-240, to allow a mobile food truck at 539 Burnett Avenue North (APN7224500310). The proposed location for the food truck is in the gravel parking lot east of Jeff's Auto Repair, on the eastern side of the lot, adjacent to the northern facade of the existing structure. The food truck will occupy a 15' x 10' portion of the parking lot. The applicant proposes to serve tacos, and the food truck will be at the proposed location for lunch service only. The site is within the High Seismic Hazard Critical Area and the Downtown Wellhead Protection Area. No ground disturbance is proposed as part of the temporary use permit.
