A Level 1 inspection was performed on May 3, 2018. The purpose was to identify trees that have died in the tracts and other open space areas. Findings and Recommendations Eight dead trees were found in 3 of the tree or open space tracts. The following table provides a summary of the dead tree inventory: Table 1. Page 2 In summary, I found 8 trees that were dead of natural causes and should be removed. Six are cottonwood or red alder. All are considered to be hazard trees and should be removed immediately.
