RE: Allura at Tiffany Park – Tree Assessment in All Tree and Open Space Tracts (Revised May 11, 2018
report with maps)
Dear Ms. Davis:
I have inspected all of the trees in the tree and open space tracts at Allura at Tiffany Park. A Level 1
inspection was performed on May 3, 2018. The purpose was to identify trees that have died in the tracts
and other open space areas.
Findings and Recommendations
Eight dead trees were found in 3 of the tree or open space tracts. The following table provides a summary
of the dead tree inventory:

In summary, I found 8 trees that were dead of natural causes and should be removed. Six are cottonwood
or red alder. All are considered to be hazard trees and should be removed immediately. The risk rating
for all trees is considered to be ‘High’ after build-out of the homes. Please give me a call if you have
questions.
Respectfully submitted,
