1. Opening
Kelly Beymer opened the Holiday MeetingjParty at 5:20pm, and welcomed the guests. Attendees
included Park Commissioners, Library Advisory Board members, Human Services Advisory
Committee members, Renton Historical Society Board members,Jay Covington, and Community
Services staff
2. Chief Administrator Address
Jay Covington welcomed and thanked the board members for their time and efforts in volunteering
on their respective boards and the value they bring to them.
3. Gift
Kelly also thanked the volunteers and the city staff for their support and involvement on their
boards, and then she and Jay handed out thank you gifts.
4. Netwarking
Time was opened for members socialize and network.
5. BoardJCommittee Communicatian/Discussion
No official boardjcommittee cammunication or business was discussed.
6. Adjournment
Meeting adjourned at 7:OOpm
