ANY DAMAGE TO THE SPREADER SHALL BE IMMEDIATELY REPAIRED. 3.2. THE DOWNSLOPE AREA SHALL BE CHECKED FOR SIGNS OF EROSION AND VERIFY THAT THE SPREADER IS NOT FUNCTIONING AS A POINT OF DISCHARGE. 3.2.1. ANY ERODED AREAS SHALL BE IMMEDIATELY STABILIZED, AND THE CAUSE DETERMINED AND ELIMINATED IF POSSIBLE. Y � STD.
