After review it has been determined that your request for a hearing was submitted outside of
the ten-day window allowed per RMC 1-3-2.H. This Finding of Violation is dated August 27,
2018. Your request for a hearing had to be submitted to the Renton City Clerk's office no later
than September 12, 2018. You submitted the request on October 5, 2018. Therefore, your
request for a hearing on this matter is denied. Additionally, the $250.00 fee owed is due
immediately per RMC 1-3-2.K.
