AND MAPL�E '� `T' AVENUE S.W. BE AND THE SAME ARE HEREBY VACATED. SECTION II: The City Council hereby elects to charge a fee of $50,400.0o to Valley Office & Industrial Park, Inc. , said amount not exceeding one-half (1/2) of the City' s appraisal of the right of way interest herein vacated, and such charge being reasonable and proper. The City Council hereby elects to waive the fees due from the City of Renton associated with the City' s ownership of Maple Avenue S.W.
