NOW THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON, DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: � ORDINANCE N0. 4006 SECTION I: The following described portion o� street and abutting alley, to-wit: See Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made a part hereof as if fully set forth herein BE AND THE SAME ARE HEREBY VACATED SU�JECT to easements over, across � and under a portion of the aforedescribed property in favor of the City �i � for utility and related purposes. • � SECTZON II: The City Council hereby e�ects to charge a � fee of $ 1 , 008 . 75to Petitioner-Owners, 'said amount not exceeding one-half � of the appraisal of that portion of street and alley not eovered by easements, i.e. 807 sg. ft. herein vacated, and such charge being reasonable and proper. SECTION III: This Ordinance shall be effective upon its passage, approval and five days after its publication.
