'� AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON, :-_ � -'�
ESTABLISHING A SPECIAL ASSESSMENT DISTRICT FOR SANITARY
I SEWER SERVICE IN THE TALBOT HILL AREA AT S0. 20T,H PL. AND
TALBOT ROAD S0. UNDER L.I.D. N0. 331, AND ESTABLISHING
THE AMOUNT OF THE CHARGE UPON CONNECTION TO THE FACILITIES.

THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON, DO ORDAIN AS
FOLLOWS:

SECTION I: There is hereby created a sanitary sewer service
�, special assessment district for sanitary sewer service in the Talbot Hill
, ,� area at So. 20th Place and Talbot Road So. under L.I.D. No. 331, which area
' O is more particularly described as follows:

� � See Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made a part
� hereof as if fully set forth herein.
I A map of the benefited area is attached hereto as Exhibit B"' and made a

� (� part hereof as if fully set forth herein.
II SECTION II: Persons connecting to the sanitary sewer facilities

in this Special Assessment District which properties have not been charged
or assessed with the cost of a trunk sanitary sewer main shall pay in
� addition to the payment of the connection permit fee and in addition to the
i
� general facility and trunk connection charge, and in addition to the special
� assessment district, the following additional fees:

SEE EXHIBIT "A" (for property descriptions and assessments)
SECTION III: Interest on a�y sums to be paid under this Ordinance
�' shall be at the rate of 10A; per annum from date of passage until paid but
� not to exceed 1507K of the original assessment cost.

i SECTION IV: This Ordinance is effective upon its passage,
� approval and thirty (30) days after publication.
