SUBDIVISION. PROVIDED THIS WAIVER AND INDEMNIFICATION SHALL NOT BE CONSTRUED AS RELEASING
THE CITY OF RENTON, ITS SUCCESSORS OR ASSIGNS, FROM LIABILITY FOR DAMAGES, INCLUDING THE
