Dear Mr. Schroeder:
The Planning Division of the City of Renton has determined that the subject application is incomplete according
to submittal requirements and, the following items will need to be submitted in order to continue processing
your application:
We will move forward on the informal screening review of the documents that were submitted, but the formal
acceptance (which triggers the 120 day review time) will occur only after the public work items are completed in
the field and all public works items are submitted to the City.
