Kristi,
Just spoke with Jill and we looked up the code and determined that we are not required to have a
public notification sign when our project is SEPA only, so never mind for that requirement.

Subject: Thunder Hill Project - Public Sign Notification
Hi Dave,
Jill Ding got back to me regarding the public notification sign that is required at the site as part of the
SEPA requirement. There is a notarized affidavit (last page of the attached) that has to be completed and
signed by you attesting that the required public information sign has been installed in accordance with
City Code. This signed, notarized affidavit is what is included as part of the SEPA submittal package.
Per our last meeting, you mentioned you were going to check on getting this affidavit
completed/notarized, and whether or not it can just be attached to the existing gate at the site. I think Jill
thought that it could be attached to the gate. Please let me if you want us to work with one of the sign
companies listed in the attached to get that public sign created on your behalf, or if someone in your
department will take care of this.
