Thank you for submitting the additional materials requested in the November 30, 2018 on hold letter
from the City. Your project has been taken off hold and the City will continue review of the Sapphire on
Talbot project.
The Preliminary Plat has been rescheduled for consideration by the Environmental Review Committee
on January 14, 2019 and is tentatively scheduled to go before the Hearing Examiner on February 12,
