SCHEDULING NOTES
1. CONTRACTOR SHALL MEET ALL REQUIREMENTS IN THE

2. RAILROAD CROSSINGS AT STA 13+13 AND
2• THE CONTRACTOR SHALL ASSUME ALL RISK AND LIABILITY
18+20 ARE INACTIVE. IT IS ANTICIPATED THAT
FOR ACCIDENTS AND DAMAGES THAT MAY OCCUR TO
BSNF CAN REMOVE THESE TRACKS IN 1 DAY.
PERSONS OR PROPERTY ON ACCOUNT OF THIS PROJECT
WORK, AND SHALL INDEMNIFY AND HOLD BNSF HARMLESS
3. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL PROVIDE TEMPORARY
FROM ANY AND ALL COSTS, LIABILITIES, EXPENSE, SUITS,
PAVEMENT PATCH AFTER BNSF WORK AT EACH
JUDGMENTS OR DAMAGES TO PERSONS OR PROPERTY OR
CROSSING.
CLAIMS OF ANY NATURE WHATSOEVER ARISING OUT OF OR
IN CONNECTION WITH THE BNSF PIPELINE LICENSE
4. RAILROAD CROSSING AT 25+63 IS ACTIVE AND
AGREEMENT.
CROSSING MAY ONLY BE CLOSED FOR ONE
WEEK. THE ONE WEEK PERIOD INCLUDES ONE
3. A SAFETY ORIENTATION COURSE WILL BE COMPLETED BY ALL
DAY FOR BNSF TO REMOVE THE TRACKS AND
THE CONTRACTOR'S AND SUBCONTRACTOR'S WORKERS PRIOR
ONE DAY TO RE -INSTALL THE TRACKS, SO THAT
