4. ALL LOCATIONS OF EXISTING UTILITIES AND FEATURES SHOWN ON THESE
PLANS HAVE BEEN DERIVED FROM FIELD SURVEY PREPARED BY OTHERS
AND SHOULD THEREFORE BE CONSIDERED APPROXIMATE ONLY AND NOT
COMPLETE. ADDITIONAL SURFACE FEATURES AND IMPROVEMENTS BEYOND
THOSE INDICATED ARE PRESENT AND IT IS THE SOLE RESPONSIBILITY OF
THE CONTRACTOR TO INDEPENDENTLY VERIFY THE ACCURACY OF ALL
EXISTING INFORMATION AND TO FURTHER DISCOVER AND AVOID ANY OTHER
UTILITIES AND SURFACE FEATURES NOT SHOWN HEREIN WHICH MAY BE
AFFECTED BY THE IMPLEMENTATION OF THESE PLANS.
5. CROSSING UTILITIES ARE SHOWN IN THEIR APPROXIMATE LOCATION AND
ASSUMED CONFIGURATION. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL UNCOVER ALL PIPING
WHERE CROSSING, INTERFERENCES, OR CONNECTIONS OCCUR PRIOR TO
TRENCHING OR EXCAVATION FOR ANY PIPE OR STRUCTURES, TO DETERMINE
ACTUAL LOCATIONS, SIZE, AND MATERIAL. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL MAKE THE
APPROPRIATE PROVISION FOR PROTECTION OF SAID FACILITIES AND SHALL
ADJUST WATER LINE ALIGNMENT AS NECESSARY TO ACHIEVE REQUIRED
CLEARANCES.
6. COORDINATE ALL WORK WITH CITY OF RENTON TO ENSURE FACILITY ACCESS
IS MAINTAINED AS REQUIRED.
7. PROTECT UTILITIES TO REMAIN.
8. ANY STREET SIGN REMOVED OR RELOCATED MUST BE BROUGHT UP TO
CURRENT CITY OF RENTON STANDARDS.
9. THE DITCH AREA WILL BE RE -GRADED TO ALLOW THE CATCH BASINS TO
COLLECT FROM FROM THE ROADWAY AND THE ADJACENT PRIVATE
PROPERTY AND WILL BE PLANTED WITH GRASS. EDGE OF PAVEMENT TO THE
EXISTING DITCH LINE SHALL BE AT A SLOPE OF 6:1. MAX.
