PROOF Or LIABILITY INSURANCE SHALL BE SUBMITTED TO DDES PRIOR TO THE CONSTRUCHON OF THE DRAINAGE FACILITIES, PREFERABLY AT THE PRECONSTNUCTION MEETING. 2.
