NOTICE OF ZONING RESTRICTION
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN by the CITY OF RENTON, a Washington
municipality, that the following described real property, commonly known as
271 Hardie Avenue Northwest situated in the City of Renton, County of King,
State of Washington, and legally described as
LATIMERS N H LAKE WN PLAT N 100 FT OF E 100 FT
TAX PARCEL: 420440-0265
is subject to the provisions of the 2015 International Property Maintenance
Code of the City of Renton (RMC 4-5-130.B. Amended IPMC 301 Vacant
Buildings) that sets fourth minimum requirements for vacant structures
within the City of Renton.
The structure on this property is in violation of RMC 4-5-130.B. Amended
IPMC 301 Vacant Buildings. As the structure has been determined to be
beyond repair by the City of Renton Structural Engineer, the city is requiring
that a Demolition Permit be obtained by the City of Renton Building
Department and that the remaining structure be removed from the property.
Additional permits must be obtained as required.
THE OBJECT OF THIS NOTICE IS TO ADVISE ANY AND ALL PERSONS OF THE
LIMITATIONS IMPOSED BY THE CITY OF RENTON'S DEVELOPMENT
STANDARDS FOR SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL ZONING DESIGNATIONS AS IT
PERTAINS TO THIS REAL PROPERTY LOCATED IN THE CITY OF RENTON.
