PLACE. EXISTING STORM WATER CONVEYANCE SYSTEM TO BE MODIFIED INCLUDING
INSTALLATION OF NEW COMBINED BYPASS, OIL/WATER SEPARATOR AND NEW MODULAR
WETLAND WATER QUALITY TREATMENT VAULT. OTHER MAJOR UTILITY ITEMS INCLUDE,
INSTALL OF NEW ELECTRICAL UNIT SUBSTATION DEDICATED TO THIS BUILDING AND NEW AIR
HANDLING SYSTEM LOCATED AT ROOF OF THE HANGAR.
