existing Comcast strand 800ft. Proof and pull (1) 48ct. fiber optic cable through existing Comcast
conduit 910'.
Proposed Description of work: Same as above with the addition to dig up and repair conduit.
Reason for change of work:

INSPECTION LINE AT 425430-7203 OR BY GOING TO MYBUILDINGPERMIT.COM
Jobs are required to be called in for job start, re -inspection and project final. Re -Inspection fees are billed at $75/hour.
Biu Pre-consrruction meetings span be scheduled at a maximum o114 days prior to the job start date.
