To Whom It May Concern,
The scope of work related to the permit application for WO# 101107973 involves the
installation of a new service pole on private property and the replacement of a bad order
service wire. The existing service also trespassing. In order to correct the trespass we are
bridling service between poles P01 and P02 as seen on the sketch.
