Dear Holly:
Fibe Solutions has been contracted to design and engineer this project on behalf of The
Zayo Group. Zayo is requesting that the City of Renton approve a variance to overlash
(1) 144ct fiber optic cable to existing PSE poles along the right of way of SE 200th St in
order to continue a fiber run proposed by Zayo within your jurisdiction for the
replacement of overhead facilities for a distance of (3) or fewer spans.
Upon the granting of the Variance, Zayo will coordinate construction and traffic control
as per your requirements. Zayo and our contractors want to cooperate at the highest level
and agree to adhere to all provisions and requirements set forth by the City of Renton to
insure safe installation and maintenance of the proposed facilities.
