Total Project Disturbance Area: → At = 24,434 sq-ft (0.56 acre)
Proposed Imp. Areas to be fully infiltration:
Total impervious area to be fully infiltrated includes Tract A impervious surface area of 3,090
sq-ft and an area equal to 65% of the total lot area each new lot with exception of lot 4.
Lot 1:
The maximum allowable impervious surface area on lot 1 is 4,113 sq-ft. Infiltration basins
located on lot 1 will accommodate up to a maximum of 3,414 sq-ft of impervious surface area.
The remaining 699 sq-ft of surface area will consist of driveway pavement and will drain toward
Tract A infiltration basins.
Lot 2:
For lot 2, the maximum allowable impervious surface area is 3,413 sq-ft. Infiltration basins
located on Lot 2 have the capacity to accommodate up to a maximum of 3,414 sq-ft of
impervious surface area. However, the driveway pavement for this lot will drain toward Tract A
infiltration basins, which have been sized to accommodate the flows from the future driveway on
this lot.
Lot 3:
For lot 3, the maximum allowable impervious surface area is 3,080 sq-ft. Infiltration basins
located on Lot 3 have the capacity to accommodate up to a maximum of 3,414 sq-ft of
impervious surface area. However, the driveway pavement for this lot will drain toward Tract A
infiltration basins, which have been sized to accommodate the flows from the future driveway on
this lot.
Tract A:
Tract A impervious surface area is 3,090 sq-ft in total. Infiltration basins located within Tract A
have been sized to accommodate all impervious surface area for the pavement within the tract
and also from proposed driveways located on lots 1-3, which will have a combined total area of
approximately 1,559 sq-ft.
These impervious surface areas were modeled as fully infiltrated during point of compliance
calculations. Infiltration Basins shown on lots 1-3 are shown for illustration of stormwater
control feasibility and will be designed and installed in accordance with chapter 5.4 of the 2009
KCSWDM with City amendments during the building permit process for each of these lots. The
offsite areas will be allowed to runoff into the public storm sewer system located along Aberdeen
Ave. The total new offsite impervious area totals to be 764 sq-ft.
