Dear Mr. Close,
We are requesting the City of Renton remove Condition of approval number 10 that the detention/
infiltration vault be completely underground. City codes allow for portions of stormwater vaults to be
partially exposed. The visual effect of the partially exposed wall can be mitigated in the future with
landscaping.
Please accept this letter as a formal Request for Reconsideration to allow a portion of the stormwater
vault walls) to be exposed in accordance with City Code and requirements.
