HomeMy WebLinkAboutConstructionPermit_U16006459_ConditionsofApproval.pdfDEPARTMENT OF COMMUNITY AND ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT Conditions for Permit U16006459 Engineering 1 The applicant shall provide verification from the manufacturer of the StormTech Chamber System that maintenance and servicing of the system can be provided based on the current design and location of the system with no access roads provided to the facility. Said verification shall be provided within 60 calendar days of Civil Construction Permit Issuance, or prior to installation of the stormwater facility, whichever occurs first. If the requested verification cannot be provided, the applicant will be required to submit a plan revision providing an access road to the stormwater facility in accordance with the access road design requirements outlined in Section 5.3.3 of the 2009 King County Surface Water Design Manual. 2 The applicant shall provide verification from the contractor that the boring of the water main beneath the retained trees can be achieved without compromising the integrity of the water main or the retained trees. If said verification cannot be provided prior to commencement of the water main installation, the applicant will be required to submit a plan revision providing an alternative method for installation of the water main. 3 A preconstruction meeting with the Civil Contractor, Applicant, Applicant's Engineer, City Public Works Inspector City Project Manager, City Planner, and the Regional Fire Authority shall be held at City Hall prior to commencement of any work on-site. 4 The applicant shall provide a Permit Surety Device, Certificate of Insurance, and Civil Contractor information to the City prior to commencement of any work on-site. If any of the conditions cannot be met within the defined timelines, a stop work order will be issued to the project and the applicant will be required to submit a plan revision modifying the design to meet the requirements outlined above.
