Whereas the Grantor,(Owner)as named above,desires to impose the following restrictive covenants
running with the land as to use,present and future,of the described real property.
NOW,THEREFORE,the Owner hereby establishes,grants,and imposes restrictions and covenants running
with the land hereto attached described with respect to the use by the undersigned,his successors,heirs,and
assigns as follows:
When the remaining undeveloped property is developed the
Southwesterly 14 feet of Lot 2 shall be reserved for the purpose
of a Non-Building Area as described on attached Exhibit A.

DURATION: These covenants shall not expire.
Any violation or breach of these restrictive covenants may be enforced by proper legal procedures in the
Superior Court of King County by either the City of Renton or any property owners adjoining subject
property who are adversely affected by said breach. Attorney's fees are the responsibility of the owners
x if enforcement of these restrictive covenants are necessary.
