2. Fees: $5,397.00; To be paid by VISA at Intake
3. Arborist report is included
4. Calculations and closure calculations are included
5. Certificate of Incorporation of HOA are included
6. Composite Utility plan is included
7. Confirmation of Compliance with all condition of plat approval is included
8. HEX report is included
9. Deed of ROW dedication shown on the face of final plat map
10. Density Worksheet is included
11. Draft legal documents related to CC&R’s/draft HOA documents
12. Detailed Landscape plan is included
13. Letter of Acceptance from Water District 90 to be provided upon final plat review
14. Monument Cards to be provided upon clarification with City surveyor.
15. Neighborhood Detail map is included
16. Updated title report is included
17. Final plat plan is included
18. Post Office approval is included
19. No deferrals are required
20. Public works approval is in process; as-builts have been provided
21. No stream and Lake mitigation plan are applicable
