1) Approve the interlocal agreement between the cities of Bellevue, Issaquah, Kirkland,
Redmond and Renton that will formalize the cooperative effort to support a robust
entrepreneur and small business ecosystem on the Eastside; and
2) Authorize the Mayor to execute said agreement in the same form and commit $15,000
