The City of Renton received a tree work request for your property. Please forward to the property owner. The
trees at this location have been inspected and the Property Owner will perform the following work. For further

Tree pruning shall be performed by a qualified ISA Certified Arborist, in accordance with ANSI Standards, and in
accordance with ISA Best Management Practices. A permit is required when property owners perform tree
pruning to street trees. Topping is prohibited.
Tree removal shall be performed by a qualified ISA Certified Arborist, in accordance with ANSI Standards, and in
accordance with ISA Best Management Practices. A permit and proof of insurance are required. Property owners
may be required to plant a replacement tree after removal.
Tree planting shall be by permit only. Consult the City's Recommended Tree List for species selection (see the link

Black cottonwood, 33 inches diameter, in poor condition. Recent construction of
retaining wall and damage by equipment has affected the health of tree considerably.
This tree is landmark sized and located within a critical area. Please contact Jeffrey
