The exterior wall to the west of 109 has been adjusted out slightly to accommodate the two units. • Nurse Restroom #185 has been changed to a Med Room # 186 • Med Room #187 has been changed to a Med Office #182 • Maintenance office #168 has been changed to Paint Room #186 and half of this room has become a Nurse Restroom #185. • The hallway has been extended near Janitor #173. Dirty Landry #178 has been added next to the janitor room. • There is no longer a 1st floor egress door at Stairs 1 #177. Residents to egress through doors on west side of building. • Private Suite 4 Type Accessible # 119 has changed to a Shared suite • Smoke barrier doors have been added to corridors adjacent to Unit #112 and Unit #103 A2.01 2nd Floor Plan • Breakroom #273 has been reconfigured to allow access from service corridor only. • Unit 212 has been flipped along with its outdoor patio porch. • The location of outdoor patio porch at units #213, #214 and #215 has been moved so that that they are in line site of the entry door. • Unit # 208 and #209 have been flipped. • Smoke barrier doors have been added to corridors adjacent to Unit #219, #212, #304 and Kitchen #276 • Unit #242 has been converted into 2 studios Units #231 and #232 • Exit doors on North end of building have been removed. • Resident Laundry #294 reconfigured to reduce possibility of cross contamination. A2.02 3rd Floor Plan • Exterior wall at kitchen of Unit #330 bumped out to be inline with 1st and 2nd floor. • Unit 312 has been flipped along with its outdoor patio porch. • The location of outdoor patio porch at units #313, #314 and #315 has been changed so that that they are in line site of the entry door. • Unit # 308 and #309 have been flipped. • Unit #342 has been converted into 2 studios Unit #344 and Unit #245 • Assembly Room #365 removed and replaced with Unit #319. Activity Room enlarged. • Unit #321 was changed to now be two studio units #321 and #322 • Smoke barrier doors have been added to corridors adjacent to Unit #332, #325, #310 and Unit #317 • Resident Laundry #374 reconfigured to reduce possibility of cross contamination. • Resident Laundry #363 turned into storage Page | 2 A2.03 4th Floor Plan • Exterior wall at kitchen of Unit #430 bumped out to be inline with 1st and 2nd floor. • Unit 412 has been flipped along with its outdoor patio porch. • The location of outdoor patio porch at units #413, #414 and #415 has been changed so that that they are in line site of the entry door. • Unit # 408 and #409 have been flipped. • Unit #442 has been converted into 2 studios Unit #444 and Unit #445 • Unit #421 was changed to now be two studio units #432 and #425 • Smoke barrier doors have been added to corridors adjacent to Unit #432, , #425, #417 and Unit #103 • Resident Laundry #474 reconfigured to reduce possibility of cross contamination. • Resident Laundry #463 turned into storage • Den # 467 has turned into Beauty Salon #478. • Beauty Salon #465 has turned into Unit #465.
