Subject Site Plan Amendment – Civil Revisions
The site plan was modified after the site plan approval process. The following revisions were made to the civil
plans:
· Eliminated carriage house at the southeast corner.
· Modified retaining walls affected by eliminated carriage house.
· Located trash enclosure further south, closer to the kitchen
· Modified parking stalls at the northeast corner.
· Eliminated stamped concrete by pickup / dropoff.
· Located the access gate to the east to allow for future access to the property to the north.
· Slightly modified parking stalls and courtyard southwest of the building.
· Added a stepped wall on the north and south side of the building so wall heights have 6-feet max height.
· Eliminated on-street parking per comment received during engineering submittal.
