Memory Care changes: a. 2 additional beds: 1st Floor “Sun Room” common area was converted into two private suites #108 & #109 b. 1 additional bed: 1st Floor Private suite adjacent to the Dining Room #181 was converted into a “Shared” suite #120 2. Assisted Living changes: a. 1 additional unit: 2nd Floor The series of 5 units previously adjacent to the southern interior courtyard have been re-configured to add an additional unit in the same space, which is now #s 235, 237, 239, 241, 243, & 245. b. 1 additional unit: 3rd Floor The series of 5 units previously adjacent to the southern interior courtyard have been re-configured to add an additional unit in the same space, which is now #s 335, 337, 339, 341, 343, & 345. c. 1 additional unit: 4th Floor The series of 5 units previously adjacent to the southern interior courtyard have been re-configured to add an additional unit in the same space, which is now #s 435, 437, 439, 441, 443, & 445. d. 1 additional unit: 3rd Floor The “Assembly Room” has been converted into a new Studio Unit #319 e. 1 additional unit: 3rd Floor The 2-Bedroom unit located east of the southern interior courtyard has been converted into two separate Studio units #322 & #323 f. 1 additional unit: 4th Floor the “Beauty Salon” has moved west and overtaken what was the “Game Room,” and the previous Salon location has been converted into a 1-Bedroom unit #421 g. 1 additional unit: 4th Floor The 2-Bedroom unit located east of the southern interior courtyard has been converted into two separate Studio units #422 & #423 The previously approved site plan allocated 132 parking spaces. The changes outlined above required an additional 1 space for Memory Care and 7 spaces for Assisted Living; a total of 8 additional parking spaces. Relocating the trash enclosure further south allowed for the creation of most of the additional parking spaces. Other parking areas were reconfigured to allow for better parking lot design, as outlined on the Civil plans. ^ Frank Durocher Project Manager
