TAKE PLACE BETWEEN MAY 1 AND OCTOBER 1. REPLACED
TOPSOIL SHALL BE A MINIMUM 8 INCHES THICK. REPLACED
TOPSOIL SHALL HAVE ORGANIC MATTER CONTENT BETWEEN 8
AND 13 PERCENT DRY WEIGHT AND A PH SUITABLE FOR THE
PROPOSED LANDSCAPE PLANTS.

A SILT FENCE MAY BE REQUIRED ALONG THE SOUTH END OF
THE PARKING LOT.

THE CITY HAS DETERMINED THAT PHASING OFCONSTRUCTION DOES NOT
ELIMINATE THE NEED FOR A DOE SWPPP PERMIT SINCE MORE THAN ONE ACRE
WILL ULTIMATELY BE DISTURBED. CONTRACTOR SHALL OBTAIN PERMIT OR
WAIVER PRIOR TO START OF CONSTRUCTION. IF MORE THAN ONE ACRE IS TO
