RE: Surrender and Acceptance of Premises
Lease Agreement between The Boeing Company("Licensor") and the City of Renton,
("Licensee")for premises located at "Naches Avenue Cul-de-Sac Access."
Dear Mr. Zimmerman,
This letter shall confirm that The Boeing Company has inspected the Premises and has
determined that Licensee complied with the obligations set forth in the Lease. Licensor
accepts the surrender of the Premises in its current condition effective upon the Expiration
Date set forth in the First Amendment, December 31, 2014.
Kindly sign and return a copy of the letter to the attention of Molly Price at the above
address by May 15, 2015. If we have not received a response by that date,the Tenant shall
be presumed to have fully complied with all its obligations under the agreement.
