Dear Mr. Williams,
The Planning Division of the City of Renton accepted the above master application for review on April 2, 2019. During our review, staff has determined that additional information is
necessary in order to proceed further.
The following comment/revision will need to be addressed before July 23, 2019, so that we may continue the review of the above subject application:
Per the 2017 surface water design manual, vaults to be maintained by the City shall be in a stormwater tract.
At this time, your project has been placed “on hold” pending receipt of the requested information. The maximum time for resubmittal shall be within ninety (90) days of this notice.
