Singh Short Plat_190430NOTICE OF ENVIRONMENTAL DETERMINATION ENVIRONMENTAL REVIEW COMMITTEE RENTON, WASHINGTON DEPARTMENT OF COMMUNITY AND ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT The Environmental Review Committee has issued a Determination of Non-Significance Mitigated (DNS-M) for the following project under the authority of the Renton municipal code. S. Singh Short Plat LUA17-000803 Location: 1003 Renton Ave S LOT (APN 0007200196). The applicant is requesting a hillside subdivision and SEPA approval to subdivide a 3.22-acre parcel into six (6) single-family residential lots, one storm drainage tract and one critical areas tract. The development is located in the R-8 zone and is primarily forested. The proposed lots would range in size from 7,824 sf to 9,996 sf with a density of 4.3 du/ac. Access to the lots would be from Renton Ave S following half-street frontage improvements. The site contains regulated geological hazardous areas such as steep slopes, erosion, landslide, seismic, and coal mine hazards. A majority of the trees would be retained. Appeals of the DNS-M must be filed in writing on or before 5:00 p.m. on May 17, 2019. Appeals must be filed in writing together with the required fee with: Hearing Examiner c/o City Clerk, City of Renton, 1055 South Grady Way, Renton, WA 98057.
