-Project size and scope eliminates mud, erosion, bulk of noxious characteristics.
-Bulk of project is interior work, dust will be largely contained. Exterior masonry cutting will include wetting and
encapsulation to control dust.
-Noise should be controlled due to bulk of work being interior.
