The application requested to subdivide the 1.7 acre property located at 1132 Edmonds Ave NE into 13-lots and two (2) tracts to construct 12 townhomes with one (1) 0.94 acre lot set aside for future development. The site is zoned Center Village (CV) and is located within the Commercial and Mixed Use (CMU) land use designation in the City‘s Comprehensive Plan. Attached dwellings, and specifically townhouses, are a permitted use in the CV zone. The approved Binding Site Plan and Planned Urban Development now authorizes the applicant to submit building and construction permit applications for the Willowcrest Townhomes.
