LEGAL DESCRIPITON:
That portion of Lot 3, Block 3, Earlington Acre Tracts, according to the Plat thereof recorded in Volume 15 of Plats, Page 84,
in King County, Washington described as: Lot 1 and Undivided One -Half Interest in Tract "A", King County Short Plat No.
L06S0036, Recording No. 20131204900003. Situate in the County of King, State of Washington.
The Grantor, as named above, referred to as "owner(s), their successors, heirs and assigns" covenant and agree to sign the
necessary petitions for annexation to the City Limits of the City of Renton, Washington for the above -described property
1. Basis for Covenant This covenant to annex is given as a condition to being permitted to hook up to sewer and/or
water service from the City of Renton to serve the premises.
2. Parties Bound This agreement and the covenant to annex shall be binding on the owner and all persons
subsequently acquiring any right, title of interest in or to said property referred to as the premises, and shall be a
covenant running with the land.
3. Time for Performance The owners, their heirs, successors or assigns, agree and covenant to sign a petition to
annex the above -described premises unto the City of Renton at such time as the assessed valuation of the subject
premises is sufficient to qualify under the 60% method pursuant to RCW 35A.14.120, together with such other
adjoining or contiguous area as the City or other petitioners may determine. The owners further agree, when so
notified by the City, to promptly circulate and execute such Petition and to comply with all the requirements of
law regarding such utility services.
4. Filing These covenants shall be filed with the King County Auditor.
