The funds for this purchase were included in the 2017-2018 Biennial Budget. 6.f) CONSENT AGENDA AB - 1837 Public Works Department submitted CAG-16-042, Council Concur Jayson Grant Mike Stenhouse 2016 Street Overlay with Curb Ramps project, and requested Linda Moschetti acceptance of the project, authorization for final pay estimate in the amount of $14,144.45, commencement of a 60-day lien period, and release of retainage in the amount of $20,458.98, to Miles Resources, LLC, contractor, subject to the receipt of all required authorizations. 6.g) CONSENT AGENDA AB - 1833 Transportation Systems Division recommended Refer to Dan Hasty Jim Seitz approval of the 2017-2018 One Card for All (ORCA) Business Transportation Connie Brundage Passport Interlocal Agreement with King County, Pierce Transit, (Aviation) Sound Transit and others in the amount of $130,000 to continue Committee the Commute Trip Reduction Program for City employees. The amount of reviews they conducted for the City of Renton has varied, based primarily on the level of projects presented to the City, and also fluctuated with the level of City plan review employees on staff. The Finance Committee recommended concurrence in the staff recommendation to authorize the Mayor and City Clerk to execute the consultant contract, not to exceed $100,000, with Reid Middleton to review structural and non-structural plans submitted to the City of Renton. 7.d) UNFINISHED Finance Committee Chair Persson presented a report COUNCIL CONCUR IN Leslie Betlach Jessi Merriman BUSINESS recommending concurrence in the staff recommendation to THE COMMITTEE approve the Agreement with the State Department of RECOMMENDATION Commerce to accept $1,700,000 in funding and commit a $1,038,214 match from 316.332043.020.594.76.63.000 for the Sunset Neighborhood Park Phase I project. The Committee further recommended that the Mayor and City Clerk be authorized to execute the Agreement with the Department of Commerce and that the resolution regarding this matter be presented for reading and adoption. 7.e) UNFINISHED Planning & Development Committee Chair Prince presented a COUNCIL CONCUR IN Chip Vincent Judith Subia BUSINESS report recommending concurrence in the staff recommendation THE COMMITTEE Sandi Weir to confirm Mayor Law's appointment of Ms. Jamian Smith to the RECOMMENDATION Planning Commission with a term expiring January 31, 2020. 7.f) UNFINISHED Planning & Development Committee Chair Prince presented a COUNCIL CONCUR IN Paul Hintz Clark Close BUSINESS report recommending concurrence with the Hearing Examiner's THE COMMITTEE Judith Subia recommendation to approve a rezone and SEPA Environmental RECOMMENDATION Review for the property located at 4242 East Valley Road (LUA16-000734). The rezone is from CO to CA of the subject site, the other parcels within the block, and the three parcels within the adjacent block to the west that abut SW 43rd Street. The City Council has final reviewing authority over Type IV land use permits (RMC 4-8-080G). This site specific rezone is not associated with a Comprehensive Plan amendment.
