If, as anticipated, on Monday August 6th the Renton City Council refers this matter to its Planning
and Development Committee, the Committee will meet to deliberate the above-referenced item
on the following date:

This council committee meeting is open to the public, but it is not a public hearing. It is a working
session of the Planning and Development Committee. No new testimony or evidence will be
taken. However, the appellant is expected to attend and be prepared to explain why the Council
Committee should uphold or overturn the decision of the Hearing Examiner.
