1. [Regarding a refund payment to Renton Honda for Red Light Citations]How does Renton Honda receive red light
citations?Are these loaner vehicles?Yes,these are generally all loaner vehicles because test drive vehicles don’t
usually have a permanent plate and the owner can’t be identified.Per Bonnie Woodrow,Court Services Director,rental
agencies are generally very good about changing the citation to the responsible party within the timeframe allowed by
statute,however,Renton Honda just pays the fine directly.
