A public easement shall be provided to the City along TRACT B (for whole width of Tract
B) to the City for the public city utility lines (water, sewer) located outside public ROW.
The easement should be shown and described in the plan submitted with the final plat.

An isolation valve should be provided on the water main
southeast of the hydrant located in front of Lot 18.
