Construction of the Edwards ADU project will start within 30 days of permits being issued, the project
will take approximately 180 days to complete. Hours of operation will be Monday thru Friday 8:00am to
6:00pm. The project is the construction of a new 1522 sq. ft. ADU/ garage. The alley directly behind the
house will be the access point for both the removal and delivery of materials for this project. The size
and scope of this project won’t create any negative impacts to dust, traffic, transportation, erosion, or
mud. The construction hours should keep the noise impact to the neighbors down to a minimum.
