Dear Ms. Patterson,
The Planning Division of the City of Renton accepted the above master application for review on May 15, 2019. During our review, staff has determined that additional information is
necessary in order to proceed further.
The applicant shall provide the Habitat Assessment waiver from the Department of Ecology so that we may continue the review of the above subject application.
At this time, your project has been placed “on hold” pending receipt of the requested information. The maximum time for resubmittal shall be within ninety (90) days of this notice.
