Attached for your review and approval are plans and details for the above referenced project. On behalf
of King County Water District No. 90, Stantec is requesting that the plans for this project be forwarded to
the correct department as an application for review and approval of a Right of Way permit and Fire
Marshal approval for the watermain extension for this project.
There will be approximately 70 lineal feet of 8-inch ductile iron watermain to be installed within City of
Renton Lyons Ave NE right-of-way, connecting to the existing system south of NE 26th Street. An
additional approximate 542 lineal feet of 8-inch ductile iron watermain is to be installed within the proposed plat, and as shown on the attached plans.
There will also be 2 new fire hydrants installed within the proposed plat in Tracts A & C.
