CONSTRUCTION MITIGATION DESCRIPTION
Project: 4th Dimension Building
Site Location: 4502 NE 4th Street, Renton, WA

• Const. Dates: Begin 4/2019 – End 1/2020 or as soon as possible.
• Hours of Operation: 7:00am – 5:00pm M-F or as per city requirements.
• Hauling Routes: 405 to exit four to NE 4th Street to site.
• Measures will be implemented to minimize dust, traffic, erosion, mud, noise and other
noxious characteristics according to city standards. See civil drawings for civil related
measures. Final measures will be refined and submitted when contractor is selected.
• No known special hours are proposed at this time.
• The contractor will prepare and submit a traffic control plan as soon as he is selected
and he determines his construction methods and means.
