Close, Sr. Planner RE: Project # LUA19-000128, V-A, Lakeview Crest Setback Variance Please review the following responses to your comments dated 07/02/2019: RESPONSE: Please see letter from Geotech addressing location of structure to the storm line located on the property line lots 3 and 2. I have also included sheet 13 of 48 (C3.02) from the approved as-builts showing the storm line location for lot 3, along with adding in the site plan with full information of storm line location in relationship to house location. RESPONSE: The footprint has been shifted back to 20’-8” from the face of house to property line, which brings the upper floor projection to be 20’-5”. On the second page of the site plan PDF for lot 6 I have shown the water line, and have offset to show the 8” diameter, also pulled a 10’ dimension to the upper floor projection to show we meet the setback requirement.
