As requested, Earth Solutions NW, LLC (ESNW) has prepared this letter and assessment of site
geologic risk. Based on review of GIS Mapping of critical areas within the City of Renton, geologic
hazardous areas are not identified on or adjacent to the subject site. A localized area of regulated
slope associated with past grading activities is identified along the east property boundary, but is
characterized as less than 40 percent grade and is not considered a hazard. As such, and based
on our geotechnical assessment of site conditions, the property is not considered unstable with
respect to consideration of geologic risk.
