PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The applicant is requesting an Additional Animals Permit in order to keep up to 3 miniature goats in addition to their two cats,
on the premises located at 6526 SE 4th Place (parcel number 7418000040. The property is a total of 10,350 square feet and is zoned R-4. A 6 foot tall cedar wood fence exists around the
entire rear yard area. A 5-foot x 5-foot wooden shelter enclosure on the northeastern portion of the project site is proposed to house the goats. No critical areas are mapped on the
project site.
