The applicant is requestng Envi ronmental Review,an Urban De sign Modifcalon,a Street Modif eaton,and a Minor Modifcaton to an approved Site Plan for a proposed 2,673 square foot addi ton to the existing 28,065 square foot office building located at 2500 E Valley Rd (Parcel num ber 3023059103).The subject site is 3.08 acres (134,074 si)and is zoned Commercial Arterial (CA).Existng access is gained via East Valley Road,Seismic hazards are mapped on the project site.
