PUBLIC NOTICE
Linda M Mills,being first duly sworn on oath that she is the Legal
Advertising Representative of the
Renton Reporter
a weekly newspaper,which newspaper is a legal newspaper of
general circulation and is now and has been for more than six months
prior to the date of publication hereinafter referred to,published in
the English language continuously as a weekly newspaper in King
County,Washington.The Renton Reporter has been approved as
a Legal Newspaper by order of the Superior Court of the State of
Washington for King County.
The notice in the exact form annexed was published in regular issues
of the Renton Reporter (and not in supplement form)which was

The Environmental Review
Committee has issued a Determi
nation of Non-Significance Miti
gated (DNS-M)for the following
project under the authority of the
Renton municipal code.
VIA 405 Apartments
LUA 17-000237
Location:25 S Grady Way.The
applicant is requesting Prelimi
nary Planned Urban Develop
ment approval for the construc
tion of an 8-story mixed use
development that will include
270 multi-family dwelling units,
ground floor commercial and
residential amenity,structured
parking,pedestrian improve
ments,infrastructure upgrades,
and stream buffer restoration.
The site’s existing 42,700 square
foot movie theater building will
be removed.
Appeals of the DN5-M must
be filed in writing on or before
5:00 p.m.on September 1,
2017.Appeals must be filed in
writing together with the re
quired fee with:Hearing Exam
iner c/u City Clerk,City of Ren
ton,1055 South Grady Way,
Renton,WA 98057.Appeals to
the Hearing Examiner are gov
erned by RMC 4-8-110 and more
information may be obtained
from the Renton City Clerk’s
Office,425-430-6510.
A Public Hearing will be held by
the Hearing Examiner in the
Council Chambers,City Hall.on
September 26,2017 at 11:00 am
to consider the submitted appli
cation.If the DNS-M is ap
pealed,the appeal will be heard
as part of this public hearing.
Interested parties are invited to
attend the public hearing.
